Summary of Revisions to the RDA Constitution
The RDA Constitution was last revised in 2011, thus the Committee has undertaken a review as stated at the AGM in 2021. The revised Constitution is presented on the RDA Website and we look forward to the Members approving it at the AGM on 27 April 2022.
The key changes are as follows:

Updating and clarifying the aims, purpose and objectives of the Association

Streamlining the membership groups

Enabling rolling membership subscriptions

Facilitating online subscription payments

Updating the Committee structure

Updating meeting arrangements to enable, amongst other things, remote meetings to take place.
